All cases treated by the Etude Généalogique EXODE are covered by its own insurance which is equivalent to the Missing Beneficiary Indemnity (MBI) insurance, in the case of a claim made by previously unknown, or untraceable kin. This insurance will therefore cover the personal representatives, the Etude Généalogique EXODE, as well as any beneficiaries who have received their share, against such claim. A Missing Beneficiary Indemnity (MBI) insurance will therefore not be required as all cases, whether small or large, treated by the company will be covered by its own insurance.
